  • Original and Photocopy of Report Card(2 copies) [for freshman only]
  • Original & Photocopy of Good Moral Character from the Principal or Guidance Counselor [for freshman only]
  • Latest 2x2 pictures (3pcs.)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSFEREES:
  • Original and Photocopy of Transfer Credential - 2 copies
  • Original & Photocopy of Transcript or Copy of Grades for evaluation - 2 copies
  • Latest 2x2 pictures (3pcs.)

NOTE: The following requirements be submitted to the Office of the Registrar before the entrance examination schedule given by the Guidance Office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Testing Fee of Php.350 be paid to the finance office
FOR TRANSFEREE:
  • To secure first a Recommendation Form from SCT Guidance Office.
  • The Recommendation Form be filled up by the Principal/Guidance Counselor of the previous school.
  • Accomplished Recommendation form be submitted to the Office of the Registrar.
