Vision-Mission Statement
VISION
The Siena College Taytay, College of Nursing, envisions
itself as a center of excellence in nursing education that
produces a transformed, Christ-centered professional nurse,
upholding the culture of the passion for truth and compassionate
service to humanity, built on love, peace, justice, and integrity
of creation.
MISSION
The SCT College of Nursing commits to provide a Catholic nursing
education, geared towards the pursuit of excellence in education,
and service through teaching, research, extension services and to
respond to local and global needs.
THE BSN CURRICULUM
The BSN Curriculum is a community oriented and competency based
curriculum catering to Level 1, Level II, Level III and Level IV
students, guided by the nursing core competencies, geared towards
the promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative aspects of nursing care:
The BSN Curriculum will produce a professional nurse who:
- Possesses a caring behavior, whose also Compassionate, Competent and Committed
- Practices Legal, Ethico–Moral, Social Responsibilities
- Demonstrates Critical thinking and Creative thinking

Practices S-K-A’s for the promotion of health, prevention
of illness, restoration of health, alleviation of sufferings
and assisting clients to face death with dignity and peace.
